OULTON PARK 26/05 OPRC
The Signal Radio promoted Raceday featured live broadcasting from a mobile 'Road ' Show' in the Paddock behind Old Hall Corner and if you could tear yourself away from the entertainment the Oulton Park Racing Club had organised an interesting and varied seven race pro- gramme. A full grid of tin-tops (or canvas in the case of the winner) conforming to no less than eight different categories opened the action. Steve Cole took his prod- sports TVR 4.2 to an easy flag to flag victory. Arthur Kellitt was second in his Stiletto-bodied Davrian after the early demise of the conventional example of Richard Finney. Charles Belfield deserves a mention for providing the most entertainment by throwing his Rover SDI around the countryside though remaining last.
